Northland Port Corporation (NZ) Ltd is a New Zealand-based Company that is publicly listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX). The Company has a 50% stakeholding in the deep water port facility at Marsden Point and has significant land holdings in the adjacent area which is being progressively developed for industrial use.
The Company also has a 50% interest in Associate Company, North Port Coolstores (1989) Ltd which operates a cool and cold storage facility specialising in the storage of butter. NPC Corporate Services Ltd, a wholly owned Subsidiary, and SSAJV Holdings Ltd together operate an Unincorporated Joint Venture, Northland Stevedoring Services (UJV) to undertake stevedoring and other cargo related operations at Marsden Point.
